Discussion

This morning I did not run. Steve was doing 11 miles again and my legs (my ankles in particular) needed a break. Not running allowed me an extra two hours of sleep. I feel much better today than I have for a while.
In the afternoon our satellite together with the Asian satellite had a panel discussion on family in an urban environment. It was really good to hear different perspectives. Freeman Miller challenged some of us to consider raising a family in the urban environment. Others mentioned problems related to a lack of good models of family.
