I wish I could remember on days when I’m feeling particularly miserable how much better the world becomes after a run.

Thursday and Friday were fun breaks from work as usual. I spent 11 hrs on Thursday and 12 hrs on Friday helping with the inspection of two welding fixtures for JLG.
