Service Project

In the morning I drove the Urban Family Satellite to our service project. It was a bit frustrating. Instead of interacting with the older people, we were told that we need to interact with older people by two not-so-incredible speakers. It was particularly frustrating because the woman at our table could not hear what the speakers were saying. She was more bored than we were. It felt like we hadn’t done the residents much good. And we ourselves did not benefit hugely.

For the rest of the day I worked on and off on my paper for Derek’s class. Before bed I packed up my stuff.
